This stunning new-build garage was built with two integrated car lifts – the ideal environment for a car aficionado! We handled all the work, working closely with architects and structural engineers.

Home Extension Larkhall
This extension offers a beautiful space for our client and their family to relax in. Built in three months, our team fitted two large-angled windows so our client could take in scenic countryside views while enjoying a coffee.
Conversion.
Dormer Conversion Law
Our client wanted to build an upstairs bathroom, as well as add space to two existing bedrooms. We designed, supplied, and installed a large-end-to-end dormer, providing additional room and increasing the property value.

House Extension Hamilton
This extension was built at the back of the client’s property to create a small dining room for gathering and socialising. Our team handled every step of the process, creating a bespoke area crafted to an impeccable finish.
We acquired the services of Hartness Joinery & Construction to complete two 430m2 new build bungalows in Strathaven area. Kieran and his team have performed to an extremely high standard in completing the first bungalow and will soon finish the second one. Kieran's role was mostly that of site manager and his communication skills were much appreciated. The work itself has also been completed to a high standard. We have been renting the first bungalow for around 8 months now and haven't had any complaints from the tenant residing in it. I would highly recommend the services of Hartness Joinery & Construction.
