Our client approached us, looking for an unobstructive way to expand their current home. They wanted to add space to two existing bedrooms, as well as build an upstairs bathroom/shower room for convenience.
After visiting the client’s home, we agreed that an attic dormer conversion was the best approach.
By building out of the attic and taking the whole back-end of the roof off, we could make the most of the existing space and build along the entire side of the house. This would provide the client with the space and headroom they needed and provide lots of natural light.
We managed the project from start to end on behalf of our client, keeping them up to date at every step of the way, consulting them about their preferences and needs, and letting them know if there were any issues. Our close handling of the entire process meant we completed the extension in eight weeks.
