Project Brief and Solution.
Our client approached us as they wanted a brand-new garage for their home.
The client had a keen sense of what they wanted, having worked with architects and structural engineers to design and plan the layout. Having seen our previous work, they wanted us to build the structure, install utilities, and decorate the building.
We are used to handling projects from start to finish, so this did not faze us in the slightest! Our first task was to liaise with the architects and structural engineers to understand the design, determining which tradespeople to bring in at each point of the project.
Our skilled and experienced team carried out all aspects of the work, starting with groundworks and foundations. We then constructed the walls, floor, and roof, installing sockets and lighting, and applying internal and exterior finishes. We kept the client up to date with where we were in the installation process throughout.
The garage was built with two integrated car lifts – the ideal environment for a car aficionado! We made sure there was plenty of headroom for the lifts and installed them to the highest of standards, operating with health and safety as our foremost priority.
Thanks to the work of our project managers, we completed this complex project in four months, to the delight of our client.
